Success!!
Now that I have a degree under my belt and a really good grade, despite having to wait until December/January for the graduation ceremony, I can officially start my PGCE course in September! Yours truly, Stefan Marseglia BA (Hons) Add new comment

Teacher, teacher
To be honest, I only selected to do a PGCE in the first place as a back-up in case I couldn't find a job in journalism after I graduated, however these past two weeks have certainly changed my mindset. The year one kids that I were with were amazing! I managed to really engage with them and they seemed to really enjoy my company, even when I had to tell some of them off! I thought that they wouldn't listen or do as I say as I was simply "some guy who has come for two weeks" however they did listen which was great! Yesterday was the last day and many of the kids, even the most disruptive ones, came up to me and gave me a hug and stated: "I don't want you to leave," which was sweet as it just goes to show that you can really make a difference. They even made me a card which can be seen below.
Well I better get cracking on these PGCE books as there are around 5 that I have to read before September!!! Career Fair footage
As some of you may be able to recall, I was asked by members of staff to do all of the interviewing of the companies involved. To view the footage, click the following links:
